• All financial records, invoices, and data provided to us are accurate, complete, and lawful.
• You are solely responsible for any penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from the submission of false, hidden, or fraudulent financial information to our team.
• You will provide necessary documentation within the timelines required to meet UAE regulatory deadlines.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
